Tasting Notes
It displays a light green colour, similar to fresh cut hay. It has aroma of stonefruit and melon and a palate of elegant flavours of white peach, melon and limey citrus beautifully balanced by subtle oak and a soft clean finish. It has soft, long and elegant finishing. It tastes best with creamy chicken dishes or vegetarian lasagne.
