Characteristics : This is a fully rounded single malt in perfect balance, with flavors of fudge, citrus and soft spice.
Nose : Oak tannins are strong. Spicy and dry sherry notes. Raisins and sulphury notes. Drops of water bring out sherry sweetness and burnt sugar.
Taste : Quite powerful and dry sherry with burnt sugar and nutty notes. Nutmeg and red fruits. Juicy and sugary yet slightly bitter nectarines rise up when you let it rest in the glass. Drops of water turns the palate sweeter too.
