KI NO BI KYOTO DRY GIN

KI NO BI gin comes from the Kyoto distillery. The basis for the production of gin is rice alcohol, as well as local botany - yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho or gyokuro green tea. The botany is divided into six groups - basic, citrus, tea, spicy, fruit and floral. Each group of shoes is distilled individually and then mixed.
