Combining, water and barley – two natural components - start the process of converting starch into sugars. With the addition of yeast, the mash undergoes further metamorphoses, turning sugar into alcohol. It's time for the main process – distillation, which is carried out three times to produce Irish whiskey. As a result, we can see the various taste styles of distillate, which are enhanced and acquire additional flavors with aging and maturation in 200-liter oak barrels.
