The result is a gin with a dry and elegant nose – aromatic, intensely citrus aromas of lime and orange a long with juniper and even a hint of berries. On the palate this is full of flavour, with generous balsamic and citrus notes. Deliciously smooth, it coats the mouth well. The flavours of lime and orange zest come through, and an interesting other citrus note from the Buddha’s hand fruit. Juniper is present, but balances and doesn’t overpower the other flavours. The finish has a gentle touch of ginger and coriander with a little sweetness.
