CHATEAU MOULIN SAINT GEORGES
Chateau Moulin Saint Georges is adjacent to Ausone and produces some 25 barrels a year of a rather square and well-built wine that has a great aptitude for aging. This terroir is planted on a clay-limestone soil. The average age of the vines is 26 years and the grape varieties are 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.

Château Moulin Saint-Georges Initially you notice the toasty oak before moving to the incense, spice, flowers, and smoked plums in the nose. On the palate, the wine is creamy, supple, fresh and polished, leaving you with the sensation of lushness on the palate that carries through to the finish.
