Color : Rich Gold.
ABV% : 40%
Characteristics : light and refreshing.
Nose : Raw alcohol notes with caramel sweetness. I let the glass stand for a good couple of minutes for the worst of the alcohol, and mentholated spirit notes to disappear. Not the best introduction to this blended whisky.
Taste : Sweet and light with a mix of dry fruits, berries and some char. Although not overly overpowering the glucose does make an appearance exposing the rough grainy nature of the whisky with warm white pepper trailing behind.
Finish : Short, with a caramel sweetness.
