Tasting Notes

On the nose, spices gently unfold under the cut of candied orange peel. The sweet and bitter sides of citrus meet and balance each other to give way to vanilla, clove, nutmeg, with a hint of coffee bringing its share of roast and a fine touch of smoked paprika. In the mouth, the texture is round but quite balanced. This light sweetness is simply there to balance the dark coffee notes that quickly come to attack the taste buds.
