Tasting Notes
The aromas are rich with vanilla and cinnamon crumb-cake and light
spice. The flavor profile is classic, notable Sherry influences of
sultanas, nutmeg, fruitcake, oak, and vanilla. Medium long and fruit
forward with more baking spices.
